The problem
Silver Jeans Co. is a Canadian denim brand with roots going back to 1921, selling jeans, pants, shorts, skirts, tops, jackets and belts across women's, women's plus and men's ranges. The Canadian storefront carries customer accounts, order tracking, size and fit guidance, the Silver Jeans Circle loyalty programme, and The Archive — a separate resale channel for pre-loved pieces. Each of those surfaces knows something about the customer, and none of them agreed on who that customer was.
What we did
- Defined what a customer, an order and a membership mean in the org before touching reporting
- Modelled the loyalty programme and the resale channel against the same customer record
- Kept the build declarative — flows and configuration first, Apex only where it earned its place
- Promoted every change through scratch orgs and CI rather than clicking in production
- Built storefront features on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA) as custom cartridges, configured through Business Manager
- Integrated Stripe payments and Yotpo reviews into the SFRA storefront
