- Technical information. Standard server logs from our hosting provider, which may include IP address, browser type, and pages requested.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to carry out an engagement.
- To send the newsletter, if you asked for it. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries, consent for marketing email, and contractual necessity where we are delivering an engagement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Processors we use
We use third-party providers for hosting, form handling, and email delivery. Each processes data on our instructions under a data processing agreement. A current list is available on request.
Your rights
